Lay’s Promotes a #CleanAndGreen Pakistan with #PlantAPack Campaign

Lay’s Pakistan has been making news for quite a while now. First off, they came up with a mesmerizing campaign featuring #AkramAndMessi (Waseem Akram and Messi) which made the audience applaud the wonderful combination of the duo and now the latest bumper of Wasim Akram where he is promoting a CSR message of making Pakistan clean and green.

Sounds interesting, right? It indeed is. It has been a while, I have seen some brand with a good and constructive message. The objective of this campaign is to convince people to use the packs of #Lay’s and plant a tree. Wondering how is it possible? It is very simple. Just turn the empty pack of the chips inside out and fill it with soil. Now sow seeds in it and tada!! You have contributed your part in making a eco-friendly environment.

To boost the campaign and to encourage youngsters to be part of the activity, Lay’s plans on getting onboard some of the renowned universities of the country and create awareness about the importance of planting. As part of this plan, a team from Lay’s Pakistan visited IBA Karachi and participated in #PlantAPack activity by planting trees. Soon people took to Twitter and stared sharing their sentiments for this green move. Have a look at some peeps and their excitement.
